On Saturday 12th August there is a Community Picnic day at Sheffield General Cemetery from 12-3pm. South Yorkshire Orienteers will be launching the new permanent orienteering courses, which explore the Cemetery. Come and visit our stall to collect your maps and find out how it works. Bring a picnic and make an afternoon of it by enjoying the other activities on offer such as sweet making, nature printing and circus skills. All activities are free – just turn up on the day. Safety & risk
A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event. If a competitor has a pre-existing medical condition that they think should be declared, please complete a medical form at enquiries. The sealed envelope will only be opened in an emergency.
