Thankyou to all our volunteers for keeping cool.  We were a little low on helpers today so any help at our future league events would be greatfully received.

Running alongside the public event is the second event in the Sheffield Federation of School Sports (SFSS) Orienteering League for both Primary and Secondary pupils.  Entry to the schools event is free if your school is a member of the SFSS. Read our photography policy.

Venue

Meersbrook Park is about 3km south of the Sheffield city centre. Formerly part of the Meersbrook Estate, the park has retained many of its historical features, including the walled garden, and the red-bricked Meersbrook House, built in 1780 (which was home to the Ruskin Museum until 1950). Also within the park is Tudor House, one of only 3 remaining Tudor properties, and one of the oldest buildings in the city, which was built c.1500.

Longer courses will also visit the area south-west of the park, including urban areas and small areas of woodland.
