Venue

West Haigh is sloping, runnable beech and birch woodland with depressions and pits.  New Park Springs is a nature reserve planted on the old Grimethorpe Colliery tip. It is a mixture of hilly, rough and runnable open with fairly new planting which is extensively runnable. It makes a valuable addition to the previous West Haigh and Howell map.

Previous events have used West Haigh and Howell Woods, which is set up as a separate venue on this website.
