Information
Last in this winters Urban Nights series. Proper Night Orienteering around Sheffield city streets followed by food, beer and prize giving in the pub afterwards. Also known as the Kelham Urban O on some web sites.
It is IMPORTANT that you PRE-ENTER this event so the right number of maps can be printed. If you have an SI card tell me your number. Don't forget a headlight or torch.
There will be Long, Medium and Short courses as usual - Long course about 6.5km with an expected winning time of 40 mins, Med 4km and Short 2km. Entry cost is £4 or £2 for juniors, students and unwaged. NOTE: The Start is approx 1 mile walk/jog away from the pub - allow time to get there!
Food will be a choice of meat chilli, veg curry, rice and wedges and will cost £6 - you need to Pre-order Food indicating choice of meat or veggie. The usual selection of choice real ale will be available.
Parking is in the small car park at the back of the pub or on local roads if full. If you have an SI card bring that, if not you can hire one for £1.

Safety & risk
A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event. If a competitor has a pre-existing medical condition that they think should be declared, please complete a medical form at enquiries. The sealed envelope will only be opened in an emergency.

A fine pub with a great range of beer is a good starting point for an urban event which can range up to Walkley, down to the canal or into the City Centre.
