19:20 Saturday.  Provisional results now posted.  This incudes some who we coould not move to the correct course on the day (apologies), so positions will differ from results printed at the event. 19:40 Splitsbrowser now available. 21:35 Winsplits ("other" - events 16 and 17 for today) and routegadget for the prologue (circles a little out, but it wasn't behaving tonight) available.  (And event moved so that it appears in "results" sorry)  22:40 Routegadget for final up now.

10:50 Sun  Corrected results (one more result on course A final) uploaded and results now uploaded to British Orienteering with each part counting separately for ranking points.  (Will ask British Orienteering to tidy up the event names)

New area for orienteering with a brand new map from Oli Johnson. Qualifiers in the morning, finals in the afternoon with a come-and--try-it alongside suitable for all (beginners, families etc) from 12:30. Much more information in the final details above.

This event is part of the SHAFF weekend.

Safety & risk

A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event. If a competitor has a pre-existing medical condition that they think should be declared, please complete a medical form at enquiries. The sealed envelope will only be opened in an emergency.

SYO has an agreed policy on the taking of photographs at events, based on national guidance. This provides a sensible balance between the benefits and risks associated with the taking and use of images. If you are unsure about acceptable practice, please speak to the event organiser.
