Another chance to run on one of Sheffield’s best urban areas with the added challenge of orienteering at night!
Plenty of spare maps available.
Starts from 6.30 to 7.00 – courses close at 8.00.

Courses – Short 3km, Medium 4.5km and Long 7km all technically difficult. Map 1:4000 ISSOM with 5m contours. The courses are mostly on roads and grass, but with some paths through the woodland and some route choices options cut through a few bits of runnable woodland. Trainers with grip recommended, shorts should be OK.
Headlight/torch and whistle compulsory.
The event is not suitable for Novices. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety & risk
A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event. If a competitor has a pre-existing medical condition that they think should be declared, please complete a medical form at enquiries. The sealed envelope will only be opened in an emergency.
