We are so grateful to all those that take on the main event official roles (organiser, planner & controller) at our events. It is great to see that we have officials in place for the first part of 2025 so we are now looking to fill roles from the end of March. Please take a look at theĀ programme of events hereĀ and email Susan if you can fulfil one of the roles.
With the JK fast approaching, many of our experienced club members are all very tied up with JK related things, so we are particularly keen to encourage people who don't have a key JK role to take on planning or organising something.

Wednesday and Saturday events are ideal for first time planners and help and mentoring will be provided. Wednesday event organisers are required mainly "on the day" as most of theĀ "in advance" jobs are done for you - risk assessment, entries, website details, finding helpers etc so this is an easy way to get involved in organising.Ā Ā
We are also keen to get officials in place for our larger events later in the year...
