Saturday Series 4 - 6 Jan - Botanical Gardens

The 4th event in the 2023/24 Saturday series is at the Botanical Gardens on 6th January. The SFSS schools' league runs alongside the public event. 

Full details are on the website here. There is no need to pre-register - just turn up on the day between 12.30 and 3pm (2.30pm for longer courses). There are courses suitable for all and parents / carers are welcome to accompany children round the course. The courses for adults explore the Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus and surrounding streets.

We will be based in the Dorothy Fox Building, adjacent to the public toilets. The SYO juniors will be running a cake and hot drinks stand.

The overall results have been updated, here. Hunters Bar lead the primary competition, closely followed by Westways in 2nd and Nether Green in 3rd. In the secondary competition High Storrs top the table with Mercia 2nd and Tapton 3rd. The adults' league results are here. Adam Long leads the men's competition, while Chloe Bate tops the ladies' league. You have to have done at least 2 events to show in either the individual schools' league.

Remember your best 5 events count in the league. There's a certificate for everybody who does 5 events and a prize for people who do all 9!   Alongside the individual prizes, there are year group prizes and the overall school competition. Encourage your friends to have a go! There's also a separate league for adults - choose whichever course you prefer.
